Matthew was privileged to begin his career under the influence and guidance of Mick Byron from whom he learnt his skills.

Once qualified Matthew managed a small salon abroad before returning to Lancaster to spend eight years working with Jo and Cass. He worked his way up to be part of the management team of this very successful and forward looking company. This experience provided the perfect grounding for him to launch his own salon
